We accept most major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare. Please contact our office with your insurance information, and we'll verify your benefits before your first appointment.

Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, any relevant medical records, and a list of current medications. You'll also need to complete our new patient forms, which we can email to you in advance or you can complete them in our office 15 minutes before your appointment.

Yes, we offer secure telehealth sessions for established patients. Many of our services can be effectively delivered via video conference. Please note that initial evaluations typically need to be conducted in person.

We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand emergencies happen - please call us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
